Why a baby tracker should not need an account

A baby tracker can hold a detailed picture of a family’s routines. Choosing one should not require handing that record to a company by default.

Private by default is simpler

An on-device app can work without a login, without a central baby-data database, and without asking you to stay connected. That is the model Buggy is built around.

It is a practical privacy decision: less data leaving the phone means less data to explain, protect, or worry about later.

Offline should still feel complete

Care does not pause when a signal is weak or a phone is in airplane mode. Logging, reviewing the day, and using a simple calculator should still be available when the internet is not.

Buggy keeps the core experience on the device so the app remains useful in those ordinary moments.
