These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Buggy mobile application and website.

1. Use of the app

You may use Buggy for personal, non-commercial child care tracking. You are responsible for how you use the app and for maintaining the security of your device.

2. Medical disclaimer

Buggy provides organizational and informational tools only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek qualified professional care for medical concerns.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

• Buggy includes free core tracking features.
• Optional Plus features are offered through Apple in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions and/or lifetime unlock options.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable by law.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy and local law.
• You can restore prior purchases using the app's restore purchases flow.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time, including free or Plus features, to improve the app or comply with legal requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Buggy is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.

6. Termination

You may stop using Buggy at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access to website services when necessary to protect service integrity or legal compliance.

7. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
