No account is needed. Buggy works entirely on-device with your data stored locally.

How does pricing work?

Buggy includes free core tracking. Plus features are available through weekly, yearly, or lifetime in-app purchase options.

Buggy is designed to work primarily on-device. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and website.

1. Data stored on your device

Baby activity logs, growth measurements, milestones, notes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
Buggy does not require account creation to use core tracking features.
We do not operate a cloud database for your baby-tracking data.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Buggy offers optional Plus features through Apple in-app purchases (for example weekly, yearly, or lifetime options). Purchase processing is handled by Apple.

To manage paywall access and restore purchases, the app may use RevenueCat as a subscription management provider. RevenueCat may process identifiers related to purchase entitlement status.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under your App Store account terms and Apple's policies.

3. Analytics and tracking

Buggy app experience is privacy-first and does not require ad tracking to function.
This website may use lightweight analytics to understand aggregate traffic and improve pages.

4. Third-party services

Depending on how you use Buggy, third parties may process limited data under their own policies, including:

Apple (App Store and in-app purchase processing)
RevenueCat (purchase entitlement management)
Vercel (website hosting and web analytics tooling)

5. Data retention and deletion

Data created inside the app remains on your device unless you remove it. If you uninstall the app, locally stored data may be deleted by your operating system.

Buggy is intended for parents and guardians to log child care activity. It is not directed to children to use independently.
